Each day will feature dynamic keynotes by national speakers, interactive panel discussions, and collaborative workshops, all centered on student identity, voice, and inclusion as essential components of educational equity.
Participants will:
- Deepen their understanding of racial and cultural literacy
- Build and refine DEIB-informed practices for classrooms, schools, and departments
- Engage in practical, implementation-focused sessions to drive sustainable change
- Connect with peers across the district to reflect, plan, and envision the upcoming school year

Dr. Tommie Mabry
Dr. Tommie Mabry is an international speaker, nationally recognized educator, and best-selling author whose story of resilience and transformation has inspired audience worldwide. Today, as the founder of the Tommie Mabry Company, Dr. Mabry travels the globe, inspiring students, educators, and leaders through his compelling story and actionable insights.

Dr. Kalia Reynolds
Dr. Kalia Reynolds is the Assistant Superintendent of Schools for the West Chester Area School District in Exton, PA. With over two decades of experience, her extensive educational journey includes roles as a special education teacher, assistant principal, an award-winning principal of a National Blue Ribbon School, and an elementary director.

Dr. Tyrone Howard
Tyrone C. Howard is Pritzker Family Endowed Chair and professor in the School of Education & Information Studies at UCLA. He is also the former Associate Dean for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Howard’s research examines equity, culture, race, teaching, and learning.

Lori L. Hayes
Lori has been on the front lines in the education sector for over 25 years. Her education experience includes serving as the Student Activities Coordinator for the West Virginia University Center for Black Culture and Research and most recently as the Student Activities Coordinator for the historical Howard High School.

Educators will select from two professional learning tracks: DEIB Train-the-Trainer Program (for Equity Coordinators who have completed CSD’s DEIB Learning Modules) and General Track, featuring 5 unique sessions on various DEIB topics. All tracks will be led by our partners at WestEd and Dr. Janine DeNovais, both known for their expertise and practical approaches to creating equity in education.
