In 2017, Pulaski Elementary School (now known as Pulaski Early Education Center) received special recognition for its outstanding achievements in promoting a positive learning atmosphere. The school reached Phase 2, Tier 1, School-Wide Team Advanced Implementation status as part of the Delaware Positive Behavior Support Project.
