- Be enrolled in an approved sports and fitness facility or recreational sport (i.e. YMCA, Curves, Boys and Girls Club, etc.)
- Attend an average of 2 times per week for 12 weeks for at least 1 hour per visit
- Have a daily log signed each time he/she attends the facility
- Paperwork must be returned to your advisor, who will submit the credit after review and verification
Alternative options that may be available (upon approval by administration):
- A walking routine documented by a step counter equivalent to 24 hours or more of walking
- Completion of a structured personal approved workout program totalling 24 hours of more of exercise
- School organized activities utilizing local parks, bike paths, etc.
