The State of Delaware provides you with the opportunity to elect medical coverage (including CVS Caremark) and enroll in health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts. You may also apply for coverage in the Group Life Insurance Program, or increase or decrease your multiple coverages during the enrollment period.
