Glasgow High School is proud to offer the Early College Leadership Academy, designed for students who are looking to challenge themselves by participating in a rigorous academic program. Through a partnership with Wilmington University, Glasgow High School will offer dual enrollment courses. Students earn high school credit, as well as college credit for each successfully completed course.
Students must earn a C or better in order to earn college credit. Glasgow High School will provide tuition-free Wilmington University courses, taught by certified instructors. Families are responsible for covering costs associated with Wilmington University to include all registration and application fees, and textbooks for each course. Students who successfully complete the program will earn up to 28 college credits that may be transferable to a college or university of their choice. Additionally, students who complete the program can save $10,000 in tuition costs toward an associates or bachelor’s degree. Students and families must submit an application to be considered for the Early College Academy. For more information on the Early College Academy, please contact your school counselor.
Wilmington University courses are subject to change based on semester availability.
