WELCOME to the Stubbs Early Education Center, where our commitment to nurturing every child and fostering a vibrant community shines through in all we do. Our school is dedicated to supporting the whole child - emotionally, socially, and academically - within a safe and inclusive environment. We pride ourselves on creating a space where every child and family feels valued and connected.

Our systems of support ensure that each child receives the personalized attention they need to thrive, with a focus on both academic success and social-emotional well-being. We also embrace our on-site partnerships with community programs including, but not limited to, the Dual Generation Center, Parents as Teachers, Wilmington Early Care and Education Council (WECEC), Nemours Wellness Center, and the Adult Basic Education (ABE) program. Each of these partnerships at Stubbs offer comprehensive resources and support for families to grow and succeed.

Additionally, we are proud to share a collaboration with the Wilmington Learning Collaborative (WLC). The WLC is a voluntary network of schools in Wilmington across multiple school districts. The WLC’s goal is to improve outcomes for students by empowering educators, school leaders, and communities.
