The Christina School District has kicked off the search for a new Superintendent! To ensure a thorough and successful search, we’ve partnered with Ray & Associates, Inc., a firm specializing in school executive leadership searches.

As part of our commitment to family, staff, and community engagement, the Christina School District wants your input in the search for a new Superintendent.  The search for a Superintendent is not only one of the most important responsibilities of the Board of Education; it is also a major investment for the students, families, staff, and the entire community of the Christina School District.

Next Steps

The Christina Board will convene for a special board meeting on Thursday, April 17 to discuss the three finalists and make a decision on the next superintendent of the Christina School District. We invite you to join us, as public comments will also be welcomed during the Board Meeting.

Superintendent Search: Public Forum Recordings

The Christina Board of Education has finished interviewing the three finalists for the next Christina School District Superintendent. The superintendent search, which began in February 2025, included input from the community through a survey about important qualities, as well as several meetings with different groups of stakeholders.
