    The District Strategic Planning Committee is responsible for oversight of the Strategic Planning process. The Committee develops, on behalf of and in consultation/collaboration with staff, students, parents, and community stakeholders, a strategic plan for the Christina School District.

    The District selected Greenway Strategy Group to facilitate the strategic planning process for Christina School District. Greenway is a consulting firm that provides analysis and strategic guidance to organizations serving children, youth, and students of all ages. They utilize an inclusive, collaborative approach to strategy development that builds the capacity of organizations to implement meaningful change.

    Koru Strategy Group LLC (Koru) is providing ongoing support for the CSD Teaching and Learning Team to implement the district’s five-year strategic plan. Koru is an education consultancy that bridges empathy and evidence in their approach to continuous school improvement. Their approach to strategy is for districts and schools to implement their strategic plan, to make improvements through the day-to-day challenges they face, to assess progress, and to adjust to ensure the plan is always active and relevant.
